What a course of treatment looks like
Every treatment starts with a consultation: we go through your history, your imaging if you have it, and what makes the pain better or worse. Not everyone is a candidate, and we will tell you if you are not.
On the table you are fitted with a harness, and the machine applies gentle, gradual traction to the spine. The negative pressure this creates inside the disc is what draws a herniated or bulging disc back towards its normal position, taking pressure off the nerve root. Where it helps, we combine mechanical traction with manual mobilisation and laser therapy.
